Silver Bangle Making Workshop

Create your own beautiful silver bangle/s in this hands-on jewellery making class!

In this workshop, you’ll learn all the essential skills to make a perfectly fitting bangle/s, including: sizing, sawing, filing, shaping, soldering, and polishing. Each step is broken down so you can follow along easily — perfect if you’re a beginner or have some jewellery-making experience.

The class will be held at our Basingstoke studio and taught by Laura who has over 15 years experience teaching.

What’s included:

• Use of all tools and equipment in the studio

• Consumables such as solder

• Expert guidance every step of the way

Materials:
Silver is charged per usage on the day. You can choose between 2mm round or 2.3mm D-shape wire for your bangle/s. You’ll have the option to texture, wave, or even interlink your bangle/s to make a truly unique set. If you have a specific design in mind, get in touch beforehand to check its feasibility within the session.

Estimated costs per bangle £20-25. Please bear in mind that silver prices change daily and therefore can change; clear pricing guides will be given on the day of your class.**

Timing:

• Allow 1.5 – 2 hours for a single bangle

• Many students make more than one — our current record is 5 bangles in 3 hours!

Cost:

• £60 for the class (includes all tools, guidance, and consumables)

• Silver charged separately per usage

Age Restrictions

Classes are suitable for anyone over 16; for ages 14-16 they will need to be accompanied by an adult who is also booked into the class.  Please contact us to discuss the suitability of classes for under 14’s prior to booking.
