We offer a range of one off classes which are perfect for beginners and a great introduction to jewellery making. They also act as a refresher to revisit a particular technique or process if you do have some experience.
Classes are held at our Basingstoke Studio unless specified.
All materials are included in these classes unless stated and payment in full is required to confirm any bookings.
These classes can also be run as hen do’s, baby showers, birthday celebrations or just as an excuse to get some friends together please get in touch to discuss a private booking.

Beginners Silver Jewellery Making – 10 week course – £225 + materials
The autumn term will start on Tuesday 26th September and run to Tuesday 5th December with no class in half term which is Tuesday 24th October.
Over the 10 weeks of the Beginners Silver Jewellery Making course you will learn traditional jewellery making techniques including soldering, sawing, texturing, doming and making a chain.
You will take home your first silver ring at the end of the first lesson!

Beginners Silver Art Clay Workshop – £90

On the Beginners Silver Clay Day you will learn how to shape, texture and mould the clay in the morning to make pendants and /or earrings. Following a break for lunch which will allow the clay time to dry we will file, smooth and fire the pieces before polishing.

Make a Single bangle OR a Set of 3 Silver Bangles – £60 for single and £100 for set of 3 bangles

In this class we will be making silver bangles. You can choose if you would like to make one bangle or a set of 3 silver bangles to fit you perfectly. You will learn how to size, saw, file, shape, solder and polish the silver to make your bangle/s. You can texture your silver and wave one or more bangles or even interlink your set to make your set unique to you!
This class is suitable for beginners or if you have some experience of jewellery making. We will break each stage down step by step throughout the class so you can leave wearing your new creations!
This class is £60 or a single bangle or £100 for a set of 3 bangles and includes the silver. More silver can be purchased on the day if required. Please allow 1.5 – 2 hours to make a single bangle and 3 hours if you are making 3 bangles.

Intermediate Silver Art Clay – £100
More dates coming soon!
On the Intermediate Silver Clay Day we will first have a recap of the Beginners course, following this we will look at taking your skills a step further by setting stones into the clay and using the Art Clay syringe clay.
Total price £100 which includes one 5 gram pack of silver clay, a 5 gram syringe of silver clay and a few stones to set. More packs of clay will be available to buy on the day as well as chains and findings such as earring wires.
To do this course we ask that you have previously taken our Beginners Silver Art Clay class and you are happy with the basics of using the Silver Art Clay.

Intermediate Silver Jewellery Making – 10 week course

In the first term of the intermediate course we will cover making spinning rings, setting cabochon gemstones and developing the skills we have been building up this term. The intermediate courses have mixed abilities in each class and the different levels work on different projects.
There will also be a chance for you to work on individual projects as you develop your skills and your own design ideas.

In this class we will make a silver chain link bracelet to fit you perfectly. You will learn how to size, saw, file, shape, solder and polish the silver to make your bracelet.
This class is suitable for beginners or if you have some experience of jewellery making. We will break each stage down step by step throughout the class so you can leave wearing your new creation!
This class is £125 includes the silver to make your chain link bracelet We will show you how to make a clasp and have a selection of pre made ones to choose from if you prefer. More silver can be purchased on the day if required.
You can texture some or all of your silver links to make your bracelet unique to you!
